November's pack activity was fishing! The leaders had someone from Fish and Game come in to talk about fishing in our area. Mr & Mrs Fish were very informative, and super nice.
The following Saturday (which also happened to be the same weekend as Eric's and Aidan's separate campouts), I loaded the kids up at 6:50 for fishing at the Riparian Preserve.
We didn't catch anything during our two hours of too early and too cold for a Saturday activity. In fact only two people from our group caught fish. However, we did spot an Ospry (of some sort) dive down into the water and catch some breakfast. Which did make it all worth it!
Eme and Maddie got to cast and play with worms too :)
