I just thought I'd post some pictures that I've taken over the past week or two. My hope is to make you wish you were here so much, that you decide to come out and see us (maybe next year?)
We've been working hard on the front yard, over the past few weekends we've put in 16 plants (cape honeysuckle, butterfly lily, morning glory, lantana, jasmine, and varigated boxwood). And my, does the front yard look better!

I've been watching the citrus begin to bloom, and now it is in full swing. The air is heavy with the scent of citrus bloosoms. It's heavenly, except for the allergic sneezing, and itchy-watery eyes. Also blooming is our pink lady apple tree.

And I've got some lovely flowers all along my patio: daisies, dianthus, ranuculus, primrose, and stock. I love looking out the big glass door to see so much color.
Of course, our garden is growing very nicely. We did loose one anaheim pepper, too bad. But everything else is growing, and will be ready to start using again soon. We've also added two composters to the side yard, the girls had fun playing with the box.
Oh, and did I mention the weather has been in the 70's and low 80's? So, if you decide to come out, I highly recommend March. There's lots to see and do here, and it's a great time to take advantage of our good outdoors weather.
And if that's not enough to convince you, how about the promise of seeing this smiling little cutie?
