After 2 years, it's finally happening! They've begun pre-construction work in preparation for the official ground breaking. It will take around 2 years to complete. With this one built (this may make my family jealous, sorry) we be 20 minutes from 2 temples. As it is, I can leave here at 6:25 and make the 7 pm session. That's where you can find me Thursday nights.

p.s. What temple do you like best? I'm quite partial to the DC temple, and the way it looms over the express-way. But as I grew up in Northern California, I love the Oakland temple-it's where I got married.
