More about our House

Here are the pictures, along with actual details about our house.

Built in 1994, 2352 sq ft, 4 bedrooms (or 3 and a den), 3 full baths, and we're paying $210k. Ceiling fans throughout, big 16" tile from the entryway around through the kitchen and eating area, nice gas fireplace. Georgeous stainless steel gas stove :) We have a 7000 sq ft lot, it's a wedge shape, so our front yard is small (and needs lots of work), but our backyard is really big (and needs LOTS of work). The master bath is large, and there is a sitting area off of the master bedroom-almost as big as the kids' rooms are now! Vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room, our bedroom, and one of the kids' rooms. And some of the UGLIEST window treatment known to man in the living room and dining room-no joke, they are coming down first. Basically, we got a FANTASTIC deal, and have room to grow. We are going to plant some citrus trees of our own (they'll be ready in a few years), and really have fun in the backyard. Eric is looking forward to all of his "built-in" projects that he has envisioned. I'm looking forward to feeling in place, of not having to wonder and worry about where we'll be next year.

It's great that everything is neutral. It has a ton of potential. But, yes, the drapes have to go! :) Congrats again.
