Here is our update: (pics will be up later, I took inside pictures, but forgot to get an exterior for all of you).
We had the home inspection on Sat, and everything looks good. There are a few things that we will want to take care of, and only two "big" things that need to be done soon-ish (we need a new garage door-it's bent, and to replace a few loose tiles on the roof) but the don't have to be done in order for us to move in.
We told our Bishop this Sunday, and began telling our friends too. Eric did so by putting our name and moving date on the "wall of shame", Aidan wrote it down for the good news moment in primary, I let the YW know, and then we fielded questions that began "is it true/are you really?" the rest of the block. Most of our friend didn't realize that we've been renting, and with that knowledge, they have been happy for us. It is our first house, after all. But they are all quite shocked at the time frame: end of the month.
The bank said we can close as early as the 21st, now it is up to the title company to see just how fast we can do this. So now, I've got two weeks to pack up. It won't be too bad, all of the kids' toys are in storage containers, along with all of our decorations. And it is a close move, so I can leave things in drawers, and just move those. Still, there is the kitchen and china cabinet that must be done properly, but not too bad.

We are going to miss you guys, and its so soon!
Both you and Eric have been a wonderful help in the ward, especially with helping me do my family history work.
