End of the school year

Eme had a great year with Ms Hauck in kindergarten, it was fun to see how much she's grown over the past year.  She's gotten to where she likes to read, horray!!  And she's getting quite good at math concepts too!  Good job Eme.
Davin has just boomed with Mrs McDaniels, I couldn't have asked for a better teacher for this boy.  She has kept him engaged and active, he'd never once complained about being bored in school this year.  And as far as anything is concerned, if Mrs McDaniels didn't tell him specifically, than it probably isn't right.

Aidan has grown so much too, and I can't believe he's off to jr high and 7th grade next year.  That's just not right.  We thought we'd give our teachers a farewell gift of homemade 7-grain bread and homemade strawberry freezer jam (delicious and cheep).
We used Bob, Aidan's "baby" for one of the batches-we made sure his teacher got a Bob-bread loaf.  We knew she'd get a kick out of it.  They all seemed to enjoy their treats, and we enjoyed the last loaf ourselves.  Mmm, bob-bread.
