So last weekend my wonderful brother-in-law helped us torture our children. Ahh, the much dreaded family picture. We went rather ill prepared: no snacks or drinks for the kids, Maddie having taken an unusually early (and short) nap, with only the promise of QT when we were done for good behavior. It went alright, nothing spectacular, we all survived, barely. But now we have a dilema, Matt posted the pics (well, the least unflattering ones), we can choose from these, or take him up on the offer to go again this Saturday. What are your thoughts?
I like 0628, 0631 and 0668 for our family; and 0656, 0658 of the kids for us. I just wish that we looked better in the ones under that palo verde tree.

So, I love 28, 56, and 58. I think Maddy has a bit of a weird shadow on her face in 31. 68 is cute except that Eme's skirt is a bit high... :)
I think the outfits were totally cute! And you, my dear, are amazing. I cannot imagine having so many pictures of me that actually look so great--with all the silliness going on around you from time to time, you were this lovely island of calm beauty. Nice.
So, more pics this weekend or not, you are lovely and you've got a very adorable little crew.
I agree with Julie. You look fab and I love your shoes. It looks like a great setting for a family picture. I actually love the one where Maddie is hugging Aidan's head!
I love 56 of the kids - a total snapshot in time, plus a big of kids getting along - something to treasure.
I actually like 64 of the family, but if not that one, then 68 - your own fault for asking opinions on this one.
Everyone looks adorable - the outfits are to-die-for fabulous...how did you put all that together? I think no matter which ones you choose (or if you decide to do it again), it is a snapshot in time - you'll have lots of years when everyone is cooperative enough to face forward and smile on command at the same time!
I think they look great! You guys are all dressed so well. The kid ones are darling. I like your choices, and I like 0645 too. What a cute family!
I am hard pressed to pick a favorite. Each one holds something special and will be treasured. I love how Maddie grabbed Aidan's head and you take a great picture!!!! Never looking frustrated!!! Eric's expressions are fantastic & one can read his thoughts thru them. What a GREAT FAMILY!!!!

I love the outfits and the setting - Lynn looks good in every picture! I do like the one with Maddie hugging her brother. Pictures are about a time in your life and right now there is not a lot of sitting still, so it's ok to reflect that. Whether you take new ones or not - you have a beautiful family!
